| When CARE foundation built its first school in Sheikhupura, it also set up an industrial home to generate income opportunities for women. What started out with just a few women workers in 1990 is The Enterprise Development Department today.
This department provides work to scores of women and men who develop a diverse variety of hand made crafts displaying immaculate skill and finesse. Revenue generated from the sale of these products supports us in a small way in our endeavour to serve the cause of education. |
