| Summer Internship Program ‘08 |

Like every year, students from different schools and colleges joined CARE’s Summer Internship Program ’08. The program, which started on 3rd June ’08, included a briefing on CARE Foundation, visits to CARE Schools, and conducting classes and arrangement of activities such as debates, art, and singing competitions for students. The students were given certificates at the end of internship program. The internship program was an ideal platform for a productive and educational interaction between interns and CARE students. |

| ACCESS – UN Simulation Model Workshop |

| CARE ACCESS students arranged a Model United Nations Conference on August 9, 2008. The simulation model workshop involved discussion and passing resolutions on current world issues such as, Terrorism, inflation etc. 80 ACCESS students who had enthusiastically carried out detailed research on 30 countries took part in the event and left the guests spellbound by the confidence and fluency which they displayed. |
