CARE has established a Teacher Training Centre in Shadman, Lahore where it provides constant training to all its teachers as well the government teachers.

Teachers are taught skills such as classroom management, lesson planning, interactive teaching, creative writing, study and testing skills, story telling and preparation of audio and visual aids. They are taught how to teach courses, spoken English, conduct science workshops etc. Teachers are constantly evaluated by internal coordinators in each school so that the standard remains high.
